Our Process
5-Stage Quality Control Protocol
Supplier Pre-Qualification
Before any factory joins our network, we conduct a full audit — factory registration, production capacity, worker safety, environmental compliance, and product quality benchmarking.
Material Inspection on Arrival
All raw materials are inspected upon delivery to the factory. Fabric, leather, and wood are tested for grade conformity, moisture content, and formaldehyde emission levels.
In-Process Quality Control
Our QC team inspects production at key milestones: frame assembly, upholstery fitting, surface finishing, and hardware installation. Issues are flagged and resolved in real time.
Pre-Shipment Final Inspection
100% of finished units undergo a 12-point final inspection before packing. Structural integrity, surface finish, dimension accuracy, and function are all verified.
Packaging & Loading Supervision
We supervise packing and container loading. Furniture is secured with custom-fitted foam, corrugated cardboard, and stretch wrap to prevent transit damage.
Inspection Checklist
12-Point Pre-Shipment Inspection
Every finished unit is measured against our 12-point checklist before receiving a clearance tag. Units that fail any checkpoint are repaired or replaced — never shipped.
